Thank you for making Mandate Conference 2008 arguably the best Mandate Conference in our 9 year history!

So what exactly made it special?

Was it the level and depth of worship?... the quality of our speakers?... the bridgebuilding?... The hunger for a real God Connection?... the thirst for righteousness?... dare I ask, was it the Porsche and the Harley Davidson bikes :)?, or was it the incredible prayers and support from the Mandate Men who have been with us over the years?

I suspect it is all of the above.

However, I think the most vital component has to be THE PRESENCE of GOD who showed up in such a tangible way!

The BIGGEST THANK YOU then, has to be offered to GOD for showing up like HE did!

His Presence made ALL the difference.

This poll was taken before Mandate Conference 2008. Of the respondents, 52% said that Mandate 2006 was their favourite year while 21% said their favourite was Mandate 2007. Another 10% indicated Mandate 2005 as their favorite year with Mandate 2001, 2002 and 2004 polling a joint fourth with a 5% rating each.

Mandate Men's Breakfast crowned a truly Life Changing event.

Guys were really keen to hear Graham Dacre having been introduced to him by Pastor Agu on Friday night.

Day 3 - A R Bernard seals the deal with an awesome word!

Mark Stevens & Band from Abundant Life, Bradford leading us into worship with a distinct rock flavour.

Day 2 - Paul Scanlon Rocks!

Paul enlightened us with a challenge that we do not have to repeat history by making the same mistakes that our fathers did.

In 'I am not my father!' he challenged us to chart a different path than our fathers and be all that God wants us to be.

The worship continued to be awesome as Muyiwa led us into God's Presence
